1 – WARRANTY AND EXCLUSIONS
All products purchased from BoothStation come with a warranty, the terms of which may vary depending on the product. However, please note the following exclusions:
Our 2 or 5-year warranty does not cover accidental damage, nor does it cover damage caused by your customer.
The warranty excludes negligence in the care and use of the equipment, poor servicing, and/or historical wear and tear, including visual wear and tear.
Enclosures may have weld marks, which are normal in the manufacturing process.
Products without logos are made in the UK; however, customisations or specific parts are sourced from international hubs abroad and are custom-made for your booth.
Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. If damage is not reported within this time, we cannot raise a claim with the courier.
Damages to items are only resolved if the courier takes liability. If they do not accept liability, it is your responsibility to resolve the issue directly with the courier.
2 – WARRANTY TRANSFER
Should you sell your BoothStation product, we charge a £250 transfer fee to transfer the warranty to the new owner.
3 – ROI ESTIMATOR
The ROI estimator provided is an estimate only and cannot guarantee that you will recover the funds based on the actual market performance. This tool serves as a guide but should not be relied upon as a financial guarantee.
4 – DELIVERY AND DELAYS
BoothStation cannot be held liable for any delays that occur during busy periods or if you purchase the booth before your event date. We recommend that you only take bookings after you have received your item

5 – PRODUCT ACCURACY AND DESCRIPTION
We make every effort to display our products accurately on the website, including their images and colours. However, we cannot guarantee that the product will exactly match what is shown on your screen due to the variance in monitor displays. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
6 – ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Orders may be subject to cancellation at our discretion and may incur admin fees. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within a reasonable time. Refunds/returns are not allowed unless the item is faulty as all goods are custom built.
7 – LIABILITY
We do not guarantee that our products or services will meet your expectations, nor can we guarantee that any errors in the service will be corrected. Any usage of the products is at your own risk.
8 – TERMS OF SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
BoothStation reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service. Please review this page periodically to stay informed about any changes. Continued use of the website after posting any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
9 – DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY
All products shipped from BoothStation include our authenticity paperwork inside. Any damage must be reported immediately upon delivery and no later than 24 hours. If damages are not reported within this timeframe, we are unable to process a claim with the courier or do anything. Damages to items are only resolved if the courier accepts liability. If the courier does not accept liability, resolving the issue with the courier is your responsibility.
