Terms & Conditions

Throughout this website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BoothStation. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all related policies. Please read them carefully before using our website or services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our site or services.

1. Warranty and Exclusions

All BoothStation products come with a warranty of either 2-10 years, depending on the product type. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or damage caused by your customers

  • Negligence, improper servicing, or transport issues, including failure to use protective flight cases/bags provided

  • Normal wear and tear such as fading, scratching, or cosmetic blemishes

  • Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or exposure to extreme conditions (heat, moisture, sunlight)

  • Damage due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, terrorism, etc.)

  • Consumable or replaceable parts (batteries, bulbs, seals) unless specifically stated

  • Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or failure to follow BoothStation’s instructions and training guidelines

  • Damage during transport by the customer or hire clients

  • Loss, theft, or missing items

  • Damage resulting from intoxication or misuse under the influence of alcohol or substances

  • Repairs or modifications by unauthorized parties

Note: Weld marks on enclosures are normal cosmetic features. Products without logos are UK-made; some custom parts may be sourced internationally.

All damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence. Late damage claims will not be processed. Acceptance of damage claims depends on courier or factory insurer investigations. If denied, customers must pursue claims directly with the courier.

2. Warranty Transfer

If you transfer ownership of your BoothStation product, a fee of £250 per item applies to transfer the warranty to the new owner. This covers administrative costs associated with the transfer.

3. ROI Estimator

Any Return on Investment (ROI) estimations provided are for guidance only. They do not guarantee financial returns, which may vary based on numerous factors.

4. Delivery and Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays, especially if orders are placed close to event dates. We recommend confirming bookings only after you have received the product.

5. Product Accuracy and Description

We strive to provide accurate product images and descriptions. However, screen displays vary, and actual products may differ slightly in color or appearance. All products are custom-built, and availability and pricing may change without notice. Batteries are excluded from shipping due to courier regulations and must be purchased separately.

6. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Custom or bespoke orders are non-refundable.

Non-custom items may be returned on a case-by-case basis, provided they are unused and in original condition. Customers cover return shipping costs.

Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing and may incur administrative fees at our discretion.

7. Custom-Made and Personalized Goods

All orders are considered custom-made and personalised goods. Once payment has been received, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all custom and personalised items because we build every unit in Hong Kong at our manufacturing hub custom from scratch, including but not limited to bespoke designs, made-to-order products, and any product with customised specifications.

8. Vending Machine Orders

For vending machine orders, if the customer makes a mistake during the production approval process (e.g., in design images, height, size, or if the product doesn’t fit due to missing product measurements), BoothStation is not liable. Customers are required to provide accurate product measurements; otherwise, they will be responsible for any errors. Any customizations made by the client will incur additional costs, and the client is required to pay for any errors arising from their failure to provide proper measurements or approvals.

9. Design Mockups and Customization

We will send design mockups and photos for customer approval before production. Once the design is approved, the customer is responsible for any discrepancies or errors that may occur from their approval. If any customisation is done by the client, it will void the warranty.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoothStation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or losses arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Terms of Service Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Damage Responsibility and Reporting

You must report any damage immediately upon delivery and no later than 24 hours after receipt by emailing us with supporting photographic or video evidence. Failure to report within this timeframe voids any claim.

You are required to cooperate fully during damage investigations, including providing requested evidence and information.

13. Warranty Claims Process

Warranty claims must be submitted by the product owner or authorized management personnel.

Claims require detailed descriptions and supporting evidence.

Factory and insurer assessments are final.

Any errors in approved mockups or designs that are customer-approved will incur reproduction costs unless caused by BoothStation.

Overloading or misuse voids the warranty. Our products have internal sensors monitoring motor strain and weight load to detect misuse.

Declining maintenance, servicing, or insurance packages means future issues are your responsibility.

BoothStation may investigate claims thoroughly, including reviewing social media, CCTV footage, and witness statements, and will report fraudulent claims to authorities.

14. Warranty on Replacements and Goodwill Items

Replacements or goodwill items do not carry new or extended warranties. We are not liable for any delays or losses caused by courier or customs during replacements. No refunds or negative feedback may be issued in these cases.

15. Brand Usage and Training

BoothStation and Luxe 360 Booth branding and names may not be used for endorsement without written permission.

Missed training, calls, or mentorship sessions will be invoiced to cover lost resources.

16. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or take responsibility for content or losses related to these external sites.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
